Tax-free shopping

In our stores, you can shop duty-free via Global Refund. To shop duty-free, you ask the store staff for a Global Blue form in connection with purchases at full price.

On departure, the form is stamped at one of Global Refund’s refund offices, e.g. Arlanda Airport or at a customs office. When the form is redeemed, VAT is refunded in cash. In addition to receipts and forms, the passport, ticket and duty-free goods must also be shown. Read more about duty-free shopping here.
