• Wifi

  We invite you to use our complimentary wireless network, accessible throughout Gallerian.
  
• Parking

  If you are getting to Gallerian by car, you can use the parking garage which has entrances from Regeringsgatan and Herkulesgatan. Being one of the largest parking garages in Stockholm, it will generally offer an available parking spot. It is also possible to charge your electric car here. The garage is open daily from 07:00 am to 01:00 pm.
• Restrooms and family rooms

  We proudly present ONE HUNDRED Restrooms, an innovative smart restroom concept with a focus on wellness and service!
  
  Located next to IKEA on level 03, near the Malmtorgsgatan entrance, you find One Hundred Restrooms' clean facilities, including wheelchair accessible restrooms.
  
  We also provide a family room equipped with a changing table and seating for nursing, along with a microwave for warming formula or baby food.
  
  Additional amenities include a beauty and grooming section and a vending machine stocked with hygiene products such as diapers, tampons, and band-aids.
  
  In addition, we offer a Self Check Station, a service where you can monitor your blood pressure.
  
  Additional restrooms and wheelchair accessible restrooms are situated on level 02 in the center of Gallerian. You can reach the restroom by elevator or stairs.
  
  Cost for restroom visit: 15 SEK
  
• Dogs

  We welcome you to bring your dog to Gallerian. Please ensure dogs are leashed and supervised at all times. Each individual store and restaurant has the discretion to permit dogs. Please note that dogs are not permitted in restroom areas.
• Bicycles, skateboards and scooters

  Bicycles, skateboards, and scooters (kickbikes) are not permitted in Gallerian.
  
• Currency exchange

  Forex in Gallerian offers currency exchange services, along with a range of other banking services including deposits, loans, payment services, cash services, and credit and debit cards. Forex is located behind Clas Ohlson.
• Lost and found

  Items found are held at our Info Desk on floor 03 near the Sergel entrance for one week. You can also hand in any lost items you find in Gallerian at the Info Desk. • Charge your phone

  Charge your mobile phone while you shop using Brick:s Apps convenient Power bank service, which you can find at three different places in Gallerian.
• Gift cards

  Gallerian’s Gift Card is a perfect gift for any occasion.
  A gift card from Gallerian is the perfect gift both to give away and to receive. The gift card applies in our stores, restaurants and cafes*.
  You can buy Gallerian’s gift card in our gift card vending machine on floor 03 next to the elevator near the main entrance, on our info desk in Sergelgången or online.
• Personal shopper

  Are you in need of new inspiration on how to update your wardrobe with some new styles? Then it might be a good idea to book a meeting with our personal shopper Ariane Aflalo. The service is free of charge if you shop for a minimum of 3000 SEK.
• Information desk

  Do you feel a bit lost in Gallerian? Or maybe you just need some help finding beauty products? Or locating our toilets? Our Info Desk is at your service! Located on the 3rd floor, our staff is ready to help you locate stores, recommend one of our many restaurants to dine at or provide you with info about tax-free shopping in Gallerian, and everything in between. We also provide free gift wrapping service.
