A fishery, is someone who farms and creates products from the sea and other waters. A fishery manages all types of fish, seafood and edible aquatic plants. At The Fishery, Malin Söderström, the first woman in the national culinary team, and Carl Ullsten have served the best from the sea since 2016. A large selection of sparkling drinks is on offer.
